 Аннотации

 Публикация Т.И. Хорхординой вводит в научный оборот доклад одного из активных разработчиков декрета «О реорганизации и централизации архивного дела в РСФСР» от  1 июня 1918 г., члена Союза российских архивных деятелей В.В. Снигирева. В докладе, подготовленном для Московского съезда архивных деятелей (10–11 июня 1919 г.), раскрываются научные взгляды автора на фундаментальные понятия архивоведения и ключевые аспекты западноевропейской архивоведческой мысли в связи с реализацией архивной реформы в России. Документ выявлен в Тверском областном объединенном музее.

Киселева представлена информация о начальном этапе работы Главного управления архивным делом РСФСР в июне 1918 — октябре 1919 г., подготовленная М.К. Любавским. Отмечено большое значение декрета «О реорганизации и централизации архивного дела в РСФСР», на основании которого были предприняты меры по выявлению архивов и обеспечению их сохранности, сделаны первые шаги к организации ЕГАФ, вышел в свет первый номер журнала «Исторический архив». Документ хранится в Архиве РАН.

Публикуемая стенограмма совещания
в Институте В.И. Ленина в ноябре 1924 г. выявлена в РГАСПИ.

Михайловым, включены письма за июль 1941 — февраль 1942 г., направленные жителем Ленинграда С.А. Тотешем к его дочери, студентке Технологического института, эвакуированной в
Казань. Письма, выявленные в Музее истории Санкт-Петербургского технологического института (технического университета), являются уникальной хроникой жизни осажденного города и памятником мужества рядового ленинградца в трагические месяцы блокады  Ленинграда.

Тункиной включена хранящаяся в СПбФ АРАН иконография классика русского и советского антиковедения, выдающегося представителя петербургской историко-филологической школы, академика С.А. Жебелёва. Фотографии освещают основные вехи жизненного и творческого пути ученого.

Литтауэра Совещанию горнопромышленников Урала. Отмечается, что в течение 1917 г. владельцами и администрациями промышленных предприятий Уральского региона на содержание Советов рабочих и солдатских депутатов, Комитетов общественной безопасности, профсоюзов было выделено почти два миллиона рублей. Деятельность этих организаций протекала не в интересах промышленников и вела страну в «экономический тупик». Документ выявлен в фондах РГИА (СПб.) и Государственного архива Пермского  края.

Андреевой вводит в научный оборот письма известных предста-вителей русской эмиграции Я.М. Лисового, М.Д. Врангель, Н.В. Зарецкого, адресованные В.Н. Ренненкампф, вдове генерала П.К. Ренненкампфа. Письма хранятся в Военном архиве в Венсенне (Париж, Франция). Их авторы делились воспоминаниями о П.К. Ренненкампфе и создании в эмиграции общества его «Друзей».

В публикацию Е.Н. Ризаевой и Е.В. Степановой включена иконография выдающегося российского ученого-гуманитария, академика РАН, двоюродного брата Н.Г. Чернышевского А.Н. Пыпина из фотоколлекции Музея-усадьбы Н.Г. Чернышевского в Саратове.

Крыловой содержит текст устава якутского кружка любителей музыки и литературы, оригиналы которого хранятся в РГИА (СПб.) и Государственном архиве Иркутской области. Документ подтверждает значимость театра в деле улучшения общественной нравственности в период проведения реформ 1860–1890-х гг.

SUMMARIES

Publication of T.I. Horhordina introduces into the scientific discourse a report of one of the
active developers of the decree “On the reorganization and centralization of archive business in
the RSFSR” of June 1, 1918, a member of the Union of Russian Archival Workers V.V. Snigirev.
The report prepared for the Moscow Congress of Archival Workers (June 10–11, 1919) reveals
the author’s scientific views on the fundamental concepts of the archival studies and key aspects
of Western European archival science in connection with the implementation of the archival
reform in Russia. The document has been revealed in the Tver Regional United Museum.

Publication of M.Yu. Kiseleva presents the information on the initial stage of the work
of the Main Directorate of the Archives of the RSFSR in June 1918 — October 1919, prepared
by M.K. Lubavsky. The decree “On the reorganization and centralization of the archives business
in the RSFSR” was highlighted, on the basis of which measures were taken to reveal the archives
and ensure their safety, the first steps to organize the EGAF were taken, and the first issue of the
journal “Historical Archive” was published. The document is stored in the RAS Archive.

Publication of M.V. Zelenov and M.P. Iroshnikov for the first time reveals the process of
developing rules for the storage, description, cataloging and recording of the Lenin’s heritage,
creating a new look at the role of archives in the history of society, the importance of a scientific
approach to the storage and description of library and archival collections. The published
transcript of the meeting at the V.I. Lenin Institute in November 1924 has been revealed in the
RGASPI.

Biography of S.N. Felling.
Publication prepared by N.Yu. Brinyuk, O.V. Shcherbinina and A.A. Mikhailov, includes
letters for July, 1941 — February, 1942, sent by a resident of Leningrad S.A. Totesh to his
daughter, a student of the Technological Institute, evacuated to Kazan. Letters, revealed in the
Museum of History of the St. Petersburg Institute of Technology (Technical University), are a
unique chronicle of the life of the besieged city and a monument to the courage of an ordinary
Leningrader in the tragic months of the siege of Leningrad.

Documents of the German army on planning an offensive operation in the Kursk region
in April-June, 1943, code-named “Citadel”, revealed in the National Archives of the United
States and the Central Archives of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, have been
prepared for publication by V.N. Zamulin.

Publication of E.Yu. Basargina and I.V. Tunkina includes the iconography of the classics
of Russian and Soviet antiquity, an outstanding representative of the St. Petersburg Historical
and Philological School, Academician S.A. Zhebelov, which is stored in the St. Petersburg
branch of the RAS Archive. Photos show the main milestones of the life and creative path of the
academician.

Published document, the General plan of research work in the field of the study of the
theoretical heritage of V.I. Lenin, prepared by M.N. Pokrovsky, is of particular interest, since
it was compiled shortly after the death of the founder of the Soviet state. The document is
stored in the Archive of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The publication has been prepared
by V.G. Bukhert.

M.N. Pokrovsky’s answers on the questionnaire of the All-Union Society of Old Bolsheviks
(November, 1931), prepared for the publication by A.A. Chernobaev, allow to specify the

RGASPI.

Publication of E.Yu. Rukosuev introduces into the scientific discourse the information
presented in the report of Ya.L. Littauer to the Meeting of Miners of the Ural. It is noted that
during 1917, the owners and administrations of industrial enterprises in the Urals region allocated
almost two million rubles for the maintenance of Soviets Workers and Soldiers Deputies, Public
Security Committees, and trade unions. The activities of these organizations were not in the
interests of industrialists and led the country into an “economic impasse”. The document has
been revealed in the funds of the RGIA (St. Petersburg) and the State Archives of Perm Krai.

Publication of N.S. Andreeva introduces into the scientific discourse letters of the
famous representatives of the Russian emigration Ya.M. Lisovoy, M.D. Wrangel, N.V. Zaretsky,
addressed to V.N. Rennenkampf, the widow of General P.K. Rennenkampf. Letters are stored
in the Military Archives in Vincennes (Paris, France). Their authors shared their memories
of P.K. Rennenkampf and the creation of the society of his “Friends” in the emigration.

Publication of M.B. Konashev includes excerpts from the memoirs and diary of the worldfamous

In the review of V.P. Kozlov the book “Count N.P. Rumyantsev and the science of
his time. Vol. 1: Correspondence between N.P. Rumyantsev and Academician F.I. Krug” is
