Publication of I.E. Vasiliev includes a protocol of the first meeting at the Academy of
Sciences held in April 1924, where the question of organizing the study of the productive forces
of the SSR was discussed. The document has been revealed in the St. Petersburg Branch of the
Archive of the Russian Academy of Sciences on the Russian Academy of Sciences (SPBF ARAN).

Incomplete scientific report by a prominent Yakut scientist and public figure of the late
